Online Personal Maths Tuition
I am a mathematics graduate and a qualified teacher with extensive teaching and working experience of Maths, Statistics and Information Technology.
I specialise in preparation for GCSE, A level and other post GCSE mathematics examinations including QTS and preparation for University Entrance exams (STEP and MAT).
I do not normally accept students until they start examination courses (Years 10+).
I have now been working exclusively as a private tutor for over 14 years and have helped many students pass GCSE and A level maths examinations.
I am familiar with all of the current GCSE and A level maths examination specifications, including Edexcel, AQA, OCR, MEI and the International Baccalaureate.
I have 40 years experience teaching and working in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing. As a Teacher and Lecturer in Schools and Colleges, I have written course specifications and examinations. Personal tuition allows me to help students both to use and to understand different techniques. I encourage students to raise issues with me so that tuition can concentrate on their weaknesses. A better understanding, will improve confidence and ability.
